Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers by phone and in person.
• Process loan payments, advances, payoffs, and other transactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and direct them to appropriate teams.
• Support loan administration by maintaining electronic files and documentation.
• Coordinate insurance documents, lien searches, and verification steps.
• Process receipts, disbursements, transfers, and account maintenance tasks.
• Assist with office operations including mail, meetings, and supplies.
• Build relationships by delivering timely, accurate, professional service.
