Job summary

Capital Insurance Group is seeking an Agri Business Underwriter to review agribusiness insurance applications, assess risk, and pricing within company guidelines. You will build strong agency relationships to grow new business and maintain profitability across the renewal book.

The role requires a college degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in agribusiness underwriting, with preferred completion of AFIS, CPCU, AU, ARM, CRM, or CIC coursework. A valid driver’s license and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of agribusiness underwriting experience.
• Completion of technical insurance coursework preferred (AFIS/CPCU/AU/ARM/CRM/CIC).
