Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor shift managers, servers and bartenders. The AGM will be accountable for guest engagement, staff development, and adherence to health, safety and alcohol service standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant, a high school diploma, and preferably a bachelor's degree. A supportive benefits program and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes and safe food handling.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and security procedures.
• Ability to read P&L statements and manage budgets.
• Strong training and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and shift execution.
• Supervise managers and front-of-house staff.
• Recruit, interview and onboard employees.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle escalations.
• Oversee labor scheduling and cost controls.
