• Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional member service and handle inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals.
• Foster a high-energy, team-oriented culture reflecting Crunch's 'No Judgments' philosophy.
• Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
