Qualifications

• Experience in sales or leadership roles, preferably in fitness or high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goals, lead management, and closing.
• Coach front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance.
• Support club operations including cleanliness and staff coverage.
• Enhance member experience and handle inquiries with urgency.
• Track KPIs and contribute to improvement strategies.
• Foster a high-energy, no-judgments team culture.
• Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future GM role.
