Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the Winter Park, FL area. You will partner with the General Manager to implement store action plans, manage labor, forecast needs, and develop hourly Team Members to uphold our mission and values in a high-volume setting.

You will lead by example in customer service, drive profitability, ensure food safety, and mentor the team to deliver guest experiences that reflect our standards.Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Coach and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing and resolve Team Member issues.
