Job summary

Walworth County is seeking a qualified administrator to oversee Older Americans Act programs, including Aging Services, Congregate Dining, Home-Delivered Meals, and health promotion services. You will supervise staff, develop policies, ensure compliance with state and federal mandates, and coordinate with partners and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and multiple years of supervisory experience, with strong data reporting and program management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelorfers degree or equivalent; two or more years of experience in a human services related field.
Proven experience with food service principles and procedures, sanitation, and hygiene.
Two or more years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and Health Equity principles is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of the senior dining program and related services.
Direct activities of aging services staff, establish standards of work performance and methods.
Prepare, present and monitor the annual budget for Aging Services and Nutrition programs.
Coordinate contract provisions with in-home service vendors, food vendors, supplies and facilities.
Coordinate the Aging and Nutrition Services unit data reporting and ensure accurate submission.
Coordinate and facilitate the Nutrition Program Advisory Council meetings.
