Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a human services related field and two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience with budgeting, finance and program oversight.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and Health Equity principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for aging, nutrition and health promotion programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Coordinate and administer contracts with vendors and ensure alignment with the county procurement process.
• Prepare, present and monitor annual budgets for Aging Services and Nutrition programs.
• Lead data reporting and state submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with grant writing and provide liaison support to ADRC governing and advisory bodies.
