Job summary

BDO USA, McLean, VA is seeking an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support Agiloft CLM and workflow solutions to meet business requirements. This role builds and maintains Agiloft modules, rules, forms, workflows, integrations, and reporting across development, test, and production environments.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, execute deployments, and provide operational support.

Qualifications

Four or more years configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform.
Four or more years developing workflow or case management solutions (configuration, automation, and role-based security).
Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
Experience with CLM or legal ops is preferred.

Responsibilities

Gathers and documents requirements for Agiloft enhancements.
Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts.
Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
Develops reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support operations and leadership.
Performs unit testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination for releases.
Troubleshoots incidents and defects, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
Maintains technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
Supports data loads, data quality checks, and environment refresh activities.
Partners with Info Security to implement access controls, auditability, and compliance.
