Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support CLM/workflow solutions aligned with business needs. You will implement custom scripts, manage API integrations, and maintain reports and dashboards to enable compliant, efficient processes.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and release coordination while ensuring security and maintainability across environments.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform.
• Four (4)+ years developing workflow or case management solutions.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with CLM, legal ops, procurement, or service management is preferred.
• Advanced Excel data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, and automation scripts within Agiloft.
• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and saved searches for operations and leadership.
• Performs testing, troubleshooting, and release coordination.
