Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support Agiloft CLM and workflow solutions that meet business requirements. This role builds modules, rules, forms, automation, integrations, and reporting to enable compliant, efficient business processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, execute deployments across development, test, and production environments, and provide operational support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Gathers functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, validations, and automation scripts within Agiloft.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and saved searches for operations and leadership.
• Performs unit, regression, and UAT testing coordination for releases.
• Troubleshoots incidents, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
