Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support Agiloft CLM and workflow solutions. You will build modules, business rules, forms, integrations, and reporting to enable efficient, compliant business processes.

The role partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, executes deployments, and provides operational support. Strong scripting, API, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four or more years configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform.
• Four or more years developing workflows, automation, and security in Agiloft.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience supporting CLM, legal ops, procurement, or service management.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts.
• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file interfaces.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support operations and leadership needs.
• Performs testing and coordinates releases; troubleshoots incidents and defects.
• Maintains documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
• Supports data loads, quality checks, and environment refresh activities.
• Collaborates with Information Security to implement access controls and compliance.
