Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support Agiloft CLM and workflow solutions to meet business requirements. You will build modules, automate workflows, integrations, and reporting while ensuring security and maintainability.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, deploy across development, test, and production environments, and provide operational support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform.
• Four (4) or more years of developing workflow or case management solutions (configuration, automation, and role-based security).
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience supporting CLM, legal operations, procurement, or service management use cases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements and new capabilities.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts within Agiloft.
• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business operations and leadership needs.
• Performs unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing coordination for releases.
• Troubleshoots incidents and defects, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
• Supports data loads, data quality checks, and environment refresh activities.
• Partners with Information Security and stakeholders to implement access controls, auditability, and compliance requirements.
