Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support CLM and workflow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs, deployments, and operational support.

You will build Agiloft modules, automate workflows, manage API integrations, and contribute to platform standards and documentation while ensuring security and maintainability across development, test, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform, required.
• Four (4) or more years developing workflow or case management solutions (configuration, automation, security), required.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, required.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts.
• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support operations and leadership.
