Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support Agiloft CLM/workflow solutions. You will build modules, automate workflows, and manage integrations to enable compliant, efficient business processes.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, deploy across dev/test/prod, and provide ongoing support while contributing to standards, docs, and release practices. Strong scripting and API experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform.
• 4+ years developing workflow or case management solutions (configuration, automation, and role-based security).
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience supporting CLM, legal ops, procurement, or service mgmt use cases (preferred).
• Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements and new capabilities.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts within Agiloft.
• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business operations.
• Performs unit testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination for releases.
• Troubleshoots incidents and defects, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
