Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support CLM and workflow solutions. The role builds Agiloft modules, business rules, forms, automations, and reporting to enable compliant business processes.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, deploy across environments, provide operational support, and contribute to platform standards and release practices for security and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or developing on Agiloft platform.
• Experience with workflow/case management and security.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts.
• Builds and maintains API integrations and reporting.
• Performs testing, troubleshooting, and release coordination.
• Maintains documentation, standards, and release notes.
• Supports data loads, quality checks, and environment refresh.
