Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Wealth Management is seeking an Agility Manager Lead to champion agile practices, drive continuous improvement, and enable high‑quality, timely delivery across teams.

You will mentor 4 agility leads, apply enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate insights, and shape governance while adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support agile coaching and delivery workflows
• Ability to review AI-assisted insights before use and manage data sensitivity
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages and agile delivery approaches
• Ability to guide teams through Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks and monitor agility metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promote open communication and engagement among team members, and ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements; use advanced communication to manage stakeholders
• Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals
• Identify trends and generate ideas to contribute to new policies and best practices
• Manage and coach a team of 4 agility leads
• Promote AI-assisted continuous improvement practices across teams, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
