Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Agility Lead for Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platforms - Data Protection to champion agile adoption and continuous improvement across teams in a leading financial institution.

You will guide teams in agile methodologies, coach stakeholders, and shape operational plans, leveraging AI-assisted insights while ensuring data sensitivity and governance are maintained.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support agile coaching and delivery workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promote open communication and engagement, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with goals.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership.
• Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals with metrics and evidence-based decisions.
• Identify trends and generate ideas to contribute to policy and best-practice development within the discipline.
• Promote and standardize reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices across teams with templates and lessons learned, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
