Job summary

C Mack Solutions LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager with significant hands-on agile experience to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This role supports a complex program delivering new technology solutions, operations and maintenance, as well as consulting services for a Federal Government client.

You will ensure delivery on time and within budget while communicating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a scrum master or technical project manager role for Federal Government IT programs.
• Agile Certification (CSM or equivalent).
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams create structure when requirements or technology are still evolving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technical initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain team alignment and delivery momentum.
• Translate objectives into prioritized, actionable work with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources across initiatives.
• Serve as primary client interface; drive prioritization decisions and conduct status meetings.
