Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or engineering.
• Six or more years in business/technical analysis or software delivery.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and Agile delivery.
• Technical background with exposure to React, Node.js, GitLab, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and backlog refinement activities.
• Support Agile delivery with product owners and developers throughout SDLC.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and assist in UAT.
