Job summary

C. Mack Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate agile, technology-driven programs for a Federal Government client. The role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate across teams and leadership, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Applicants must reside in the DC/VA area, hold U.S. citizenship with CBP Public Trust eligibility, and be able to work on-site in Ashburn, VA 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a scrum master or technical project manager role for Federal Government IT programs.
• Strong communication skills, ability to translate between developers, clients and executives.
• Ability to operate in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technical initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, daily standup).
• Partner with technical leads, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable work.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and resources across initiatives.
• Serve as primary client interface, driving prioritization decisions and status meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and remove delivery obstacles.
• Support projects involving AI, data, automation, and modern app development.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to teams and leadership.
• Provide executive-level visibility into project health and milestones.
• Continuously improve delivery practices in a lean Agile environment.
• Must be on-site in Ashburn, VA 1-2 days per week.
