DMI in the United States is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to lead backlog refinement, plan sprints, run daily stand-ups, coordinate demos and retrospectives, and guide the Product Owner on backlog management. Based in Tysons Corner, VA, you will drive agile practices and help the team optimize delivery.

Formación

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience leading backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to coach Product Owner on Agile practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach the Scrum team and Product Owner on Agile roles and backlog management.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate Agile delivery with release management, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Coach the team toward self-management, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Report velocity and sprint outcomes to support customer decisions.
