Job summary

DMI in the United States is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to lead backlog refinement, plan sprints, run daily stand-ups, coordinate demos and retrospectives, and guide the Product Owner on backlog management. Based in Tysons Corner, VA, you will drive agile practices and help the team optimize delivery.

You will remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, align release activities with testing and deployment, and help the team achieve self-management and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience leading backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to coach Product Owner on Agile practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
