Job summary

CACI is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead an Agile team in the Stafford, VA area, supporting a Marine Corps ERP. You will facilitate team events, protect the team from interruptions, and collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Agile experience, SAFe/ASF exposure, and strong communication. You will use VersionOne/Jira to manage backlogs, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 3+ years in agile software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Scrum or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
• Facilitate scrum events, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing.
• Assist with internal and external communication and improving transparency.
