Job summary

CACI is seeking a Scrum Master in Austin, TX to lead agile teams supporting Navy Distributed Operations. You will coach 5–8 product team members, run Scrum ceremonies, and drive velocity toward timely deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, experience with Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile, and the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile/scrum product team
• Conduct agile scrum ceremonies
• Track and collect agile metrics for program level metrics
• Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers
• Support release planning and system design
• Responsible for team performance and delivery of deliverables
• Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure
• Facilitate communications with product owner and stakeholders
• Prepare product status briefings for leadership

• Document and manage customer expectations
• Assist with creation of contract deliverable documentation
