Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to coach multiple teams within SAFe and collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineer, and stakeholders to deliver solutions in an Agile environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with several years of experience, and certifications such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master. Strong communication and a proactive, self-starting attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Agile background with 3+ years leading teams in Scrum/SAFe.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and release management.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass IT-1 background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile framework (SAFe).
• Facilitate planning and PI objectives during PI Planning.
• Manage program increment planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Refine backlog with product owners and business analysts.
• Remove impediments and coordinate across teams.
• Track metrics and improve team performance.
• Perform capacity planning for iterations and increments.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies.
• Liaise with architects and security SMEs to ensure quality communication.
• Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties.
• Support development of product roadmaps and team growth.
