Job summary

3Pillar is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams in agile delivery. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and help teams continuously improve while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Strong coaching skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences are essential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in fast-paced environments, delivering

Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to identify and resolve impediments to improve flow and delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Track KPIs and help teams meet delivery commitments; ensure Scrum adherence.
