Qualifications
- 4+ years as Scrum Master in enterprise software development.
- 4+ years facilitating core Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- 4+ years managing dependencies, metrics, and spend/forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies.
- Provide leadership to adopt sound Agile practices and a learning environment.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and manage external dependencies.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments and escalate risks.
- Maintain and communicate delivery metrics and progress.
- Manage Agile team financials including spend forecasting.
- Create a trusting, safe environment that empowers teams.
- Leverage enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows.
