Job summary

IT Associates in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Scrum Master to coach Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to optimize delivery. The role supports multiple frameworks and emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in Agile delivery, strong Azure DevOps skills, and a proven ability to guide teams and stakeholders. This is a 6–12 month contract with potential extension or conversion to perm.

Qualifications

8+ years in Agile delivery roles with Scrum Master experience.
Strong facilitation and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Proven ability to coach cross‑functional teams and remove blockers.

Responsibilities

Serve as servant leader and coach for Agile teams to foster self‑organization.
Facilitate ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily standups, reviews, retros).
Guide teams on definitions of readiness and done to improve delivery quality.
Leverage Azure DevOps for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
Maintain updated ADO boards reflecting progress, backlog health, and dependencies.
Promote data‑driven decisions via Agile metrics and dashboards.
Coach teams on Agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments; coordinate with other teams as needed.
Support cross‑team alignment and dependency management.
