Ideal candidates hold a CSM or equivalent, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. This role offers full-time employment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualificações

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Ability to coach teams and influence organizational change.

Responsabilidades

Facilitate and enforce Scrum ceremonies and cadence: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, self‑organization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Remove impediments to team progress.
Promote continuous improvement with actionable changes for productivity and quality.
Ensure alignment with Scrum standards and organizational workbooks.
Foster strong stakeholder collaboration and enterprise reporting readiness.
Manage work in Azure DevOps (Epics, Features, user stories, tasks).
