Universal Orlando is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile development and improve team velocity across IT teams in Orlando. You will support Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and align with Release Train Engineers.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master to lead Agile software development.
Experience guiding teams to effectively write/split/map stories.
Understanding of software development processes and IT technologies.
Ability to plan, manage or execute projects to successful completion.
Demonstrated knowledge of test driven development and CI/CD.
Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate with Release Train Engineer to integrate efforts.
Coach and motivate the team to achieve a sustainable velocity.
Ensure transparency and up-to-date Agile tracking across the program.
Communicate priorities with stakeholders and support cross-teams alignment.
Remove impediments and guide the team toward continuous improvement.
Represent Scrum practices and foster team accountability.
