Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Scrum Master to empower delivery teams working on innovative technology solutions in an enterprise setting. The role focuses on championing Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and partnering with stakeholders to improve how teams deliver value.

You will coach teams, help remove impediments, and drive collaboration between Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SASM, etc.).
• Experience supporting enterprise-level technology teams.

Responsibilities
