Job summary

Integrated Data Services seeks a Requirements Lead to guide Agile development on government systems in the Washington DC area. You will own the requirements lifecycle, write clear user stories, and collaborate with customers, stakeholders and developers to deliver high-value software.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, DoD domain knowledge preferred, and hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence. Remote work is currently supported with possible onsite as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with seven or more years of experience considered in lieu of education.
Experience leading Agile requirements lifecycles within Scrum environments.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and design artifacts.

Responsibilities

Lead the Agile requirements lifecycle for enhancements, including elicitation, backlog refinement, user story and acceptance criteria definition.
Prepare detailed design specifications and mockups and maintain Jira/Confluence artifacts.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies as a core team member and collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
Prioritize work with Product Owners and project management to shape sprint and release plans.
Provide test planning, verification, and issue resolution; drive changes to requirements or test coverage as needed.
Deliver demonstrations of new capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders.
