Qualifications

• ACTIVE SECRET clearance is required and maintained.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, product/platform management, project coordination, or Agile delivery.
• 3+ years on Agile projects with hands-on use of an Agile work‑management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• 2+ years maintaining delivery documentation and providing executive status reporting.
• 2+ years experience in contracts, budget, delivery resources, and cross‑functional teams.
