Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Charlotte, NC seeks an Agile Release Train Engineer to coordinate agile delivery, Kanban boards, and cross-team activities. You will track milestones, risks and issues, coordinate with managers, owners, architects, and stakeholders, and prepare dashboards for leadership.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kanban, Jira and Confluence, plus strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodology and Kanban.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Kanban boards for multiple teams.
• Ability to coordinate with managers, owners, architects and stakeholders.
• Hands-on tracking of work items, milestones, risks and actions.
• Knowledge of governance, reporting, meeting coordination, and docs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and MS Office/MS Teams.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management.

Agile Release Train Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• *Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodology, Kanban framework, and project coordination practices.
• *Experience in creating, managing, and maintaining Kanban boards for multiple application or delivery teams.
• *Ability to coordinate with application managers, product owners, architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• *Hands-on experience in tracking work items, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• *Knowledge of project governance, status reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
• *Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Teams.
• *Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• *Coordinate with application managers, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• *Create, update, and maintain Kanban boards to track team activities, backlog items, priorities, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• *Track change requests, project tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and action items until closure.
• *Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare meeting notes, document decisions, and follow up on pending items with stakeholders.
• *Prepare status updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership and application teams.
• *Support delivery governance by ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and escalation of blockers or risks.
• *Work proactively with multiple teams to ensure priorities are aligned and project activities remain on track.

Salary Range- $90,000-$105,000 a year
