The role emphasizes backlog support for the Product Owner, mentoring junior Scrum Masters, and promoting best practices with Jira Align and Azure DevOps, including AI‑driven delivery and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

Prior Agile Scrum methodology experience in a Scrum Master role.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and servant‑leader leadership skills.
Experience delivering modern enterprise software using Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
High organizational skills and proficiency with Jira.

Responsibilities

Serves, leads, coaches, and supports multiple Agile Scrum Teams on complex initiatives.
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and agile practices to optimize flow.
Identifies and resolves delivery impediments and risks.
Supports backlog management and prioritization with the Product Owner.
Mentors junior Scrum Masters and champions adoption of new tools/processes.
Promotes transparent progress, quality, and schedule across teams.
