Job summary

Windward Risk Managers is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects in an Agile environment. You will coordinate activities, manage timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders, leading Scrum-based delivery to align with business objectives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, PMP/CAPM certification, and 2+ years in homeowner’s insurance project delivery, with proficiency in Jira/Trello/Miro/Smartsheet/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing projects within homeowner’s insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects; maintain schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Track progress and dependencies; ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery; ensure transparency and predictability.
• Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams and manage changes.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and document risks and issues.
