Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to guide multiple federal IT initiatives for PBS PB-ITS and AMD. The role emphasizes hands-on project governance, O&M and budget support across several systems, with a focus on standardizing processes and delivering measurable outcomes.

You’ll develop performance measures, manage risk, create templates, and deliver portfolio-level reports while coordinating across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• Additional Agile/Scrum certification required.
• Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.
• Experience supporting federal clients.
• Experience using MS Project and Excel.
• Experience managing risk registers with mitigation plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop measures to gauge project performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM standardization and coordination.
• Test new approaches and mitigate risks.
• Create templates to start new projects quickly.
• Document and advise on knowledge management approaches.
• Develop and maintain project and portfolio reports.
• Identify and implement PM best practices.
• Participate in governance processes and business analysis.
• Coordinate across multiple systems and stakeholders.
