Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Project Manager who is creative and hands-on with delivering innovative technology solutions. You will lead the complete life cycle of solution development, provide Agile project management and Scrum Master support for teams, and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and create release roadmaps.

You will also establish technical practices and ensure adherence to agile processes while driving high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any U.S. employee and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
• 4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches
• 4+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
• 4+ years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
• Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
• Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Experience working in a studio / human centered design approach
• PMP or PMI CAPM preferred
• Certified Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of solution development and delivery
• Provide Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders on prioritizing the backlog
• Create release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations
• Establish technical practices and release management standards that align with the customer's process
