Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Leads large-scale Agile execution and improvement initiatives across program segments and IPTs.
• Coordinates and standardizes workflows, planning practices, and execution processes across all program segments and teams.
• Chairs and facilitates the Agile Steering Committee, ensuring alignment, engagement, and follow-through across the program.
• Standardizes and leads quarterly PI planning activities across segments and teams.
• Supports sprint alignment, cadence, and integration across multiple teams.
• Partners with program leadership and stakeholders to remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and support program objectives.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts and organizational assessments to identify opportunities to enhance operational and delivery maturity across the program.
