• Leads large-scale Agile execution and improvement initiatives across program segments and IPTs.
• Coordinates and standardizes workflows, planning practices, and execution across all program segments and teams.
• Chairs and facilitates the Agile Steering Committee with alignment and follow-through across the program.
• Standardizes and leads quarterly PI planning activities across segments and teams.
• Supports sprint alignment, cadence, and integration across multiple teams.
• Partners with program leadership to remove impediments and support program objectives.
