Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Agile Product Owner to lead a small, agile team in delivering capabilities that meet defined outcomes. You will represent the end-user voice, guide day-to-day work, and ensure the team delivers value through configurable, outcome-driven solutions.

You will write epics aligned to business goals, maintain backlog readiness, and collaborate with Circle Leads and stakeholders to refine priorities.

• Two years of experience in Agile product management.

Responsibilities

• Write epics that define business outcomes and focus on configurable platform rules.
• Design for configurability and avoid early commitments to specific rates or market rules.
• Apply vertical slicing to deliver the thinnest end-to-end path first, then expand scope.
• Maintain rigorous traceability of stories to epics and KPIs.
• Own team backlog, prioritizing to maximize value and defining acceptance criteria.
• Translate concepts into plain language for nontechnical partners.
• Lead iterative, hypothesis-driven epics with engineering and product partners.
