Job summary

FHLBank Chicago is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead MPF systems, guiding roadmaps and prioritizing work across multiple teams. You will partner with IT, business leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable mortgage solutions that improve efficiency and reporting.

The role requires strong product management fundamentals, data integration skills, and a proven ability to drive value in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience managing first mortgage financial systems and data integration.
• 5+ years Agile, Product Owner experience and strong leadership.
• Deep understanding of mortgage products, capital markets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization, and delivery of technology and operational enhancements for MPF systems.
• Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, business leaders, and external partners to ensure scalable solutions.
• Guide change management, training, and UAT activities for system enhancements.
