Job summary

FHLB Des Moines is seeking a Product Owner to support multiple business groups. You will translate user needs into a vision, drive backlog refinements, and collaborate with IT architecture to align roadmaps.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent job experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience managing product backlogs or roadmaps.
• 2+ years data analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and users to translate needs into a product vision and prioritized backlog.
• Lead backlog refinement with delivery teams for current and future initiatives.
• Create and deliver analytics to support project work and delivery.
• Serve as the conduit between business needs and IT capabilities; develop product roadmaps.
