Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a Systems Implementation Manager for the MPF Program. You will own product vision, backlogs, and roadmaps for mortgage-related systems, guiding IT delivery and external stakeholders to drive value.

You will collaborate across teams to implement improvements in loan acquisition, servicing, risk management, and investor reporting, while leading change and UAT validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing and supporting first mortgage financial systems and data integration.
• 8+ years business and project implementation experience.
• 5+ years Agile, Product Owner experience.
• 10+ years mortgage industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Bank products, services and customers.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methods and tools.
• Experience with API functionality and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization, and delivery of technology enhancements for MPF program.
• Act as Product Owner for MPF systems and manage backlogs/roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define requirements, user stories, and estimates for changes.
• Coordinate planning, change management, and training activities.
• Ensure system design meets business needs and future requirements.
