Job summary

FHLBank Chicago seeks an experienced Systems Implementation Manager to guide the MPF Program's system enhancements, pricing, custody and loan servicing data distribution. You will act as Product Owner across multiple teams, coordinating initiatives, prioritizing work, and aligning with policy standards.

Bring 8+ years in mortgage systems and 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner to lead the program, partner with stakeholders, and drive data-driven improvements for our investor community.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing and supporting first mortgage financial systems, data integration and reporting.
• 8+ years of business and project implementation experience.
• 5+ years Agile, Product Owner experience.
• 10+ years mortgage industry experience; Bank-specific exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of bank mission, strategy, products and customers.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methods and API functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization and delivery of technology and operations enhancements for the MPF Program.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
• Serve as Product Owner for MPF systems and guide roadmaps and priorities.
• Manage backlogs, define requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Plan change management, training, UAT and documentation with IT architects.
• Support vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
