Job summary

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to guide MPF Program systems, including loan pricing, custody and servicing functionalities. You will lead product roadmaps, prioritize work with IT delivery teams, and align initiatives with the Bank's strategic goals.

Expect to work in a collaborative, in-office setting, driving change across multiple teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with policy standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing and supporting first mortgage financial systems, data integration and reporting.
• 5+ years Agile, Product Owner experience.
• 10+ years mortgage industry experience; FHLCB experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of bank mission, products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Agile Product Owner for MPF Program systems and roadmaps.
• Define priorities to align with business vision and manage backlog.
• Coordinate with IT and external stakeholders for changes and implementations.
• Prepare documentation and present proposals for approvals.
• Support vendor relationships and contract negotiations as needed.
