Qualifications

• 2+ years in Agile, delivery, or related support role with Scrum/Kanban experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, including creating and running queries and tracking work.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel and pivot tables.
• Ability to translate technical details into business language for stakeholders.
• Experience supporting release planning, coordination, tracking, and communication.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Guide teams through product development lifecycle applying agile principles to enable timely delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and collaborative decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.
• Provide training and mentorship on agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Use Jira to track work, monitor metrics, and produce reports and dashboards.
• Support release management activities including planning, readiness, and dependency management.
• Translate technical information into business language for stakeholders and partners.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
