Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agile delivery, product, or project support.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban and Jira.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency (pivot tables).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the product lifecycle using agile principles to enable timely delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide training and mentorship on agile approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, leads, and stakeholders.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate delivery health.
