Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices.
• A broad understanding of multiple product lifecycle stages and best practices.
• Proficiency in facilitating discussions, decisions and collaborative activities.
• 5+ years in Kanban delivery/flow leadership roles.
• Strong facilitation with senior stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Experience implementing and operating Kanban systems (WIP limits, policies, replenishment).
• Proficiency with Jira and delivery analytics/reporting; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tooling.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams.
• Create an environment of collaboration for open dialogue and conflict resolution.
• Enable agile project delivery by prioritizing tasks and managing resources.
• Analyze policies, identify barriers, and address challenges in the product lifecycle.
• Lead multiple Kanban teams to drive predictable delivery with portfolio alignment.
• Establish intake policies, capacity allocation, and prioritization for delivery teams.
• Monitor lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, and bottlenecks; run cadences.
• Define and enforce WIP limits, DoR/DoD, and pull policies; coach on stop starting.
• Train teams on Kanban practices including service classes and flow efficiency.
• Surface impediments and manage cross-team dependencies with clear ownership.
• Configure Kanban boards, workflows, and reporting; leverage AI/automation for productivity.
